It’s OK To Say in the press
Raising awareness is at the heart of what we do. It’s OK To Say works with journalists, broadcasters and publications to talk openly about mental health, share lived experience, and help break down the stigma that stops people reaching out for help.
Our founder and CEO, Stacey, and our wider team contribute to press and media coverage on mental health and wellbeing, from comment and interviews to expert insight. We are always glad to support work that helps people feel less alone and more able to ask for support.
For journalists and media
If you are a journalist, producer or editor and would like to speak to us, feature our work, or request a comment or interview, we would love to hear from you. Please get in touch at support@itsoktosay.org.uk and we will come back to you as soon as we can.
As our work in the press grows, we will share features and coverage here.
