Welcome to the GP and NHS Support Hub!
As part of an all-round approach, part of our mission is to help make a difference to medical professionals and practices in their approach towards mental health. There is so much that can be done and It’s OK To Say is there to support a network of GP’s and practitioners.

“When Stacey asked me to join It’s OK To Say, I was honoured and thrilled to be part of something so important. Mental health is such a huge part of my daily work, and it affects everyone. I have listened to Stacey talk about the charity and support she wants to offer people and professionals to make an all round difference for a couple of years now and I’d like to help inspire doctors and practices around the country to put things in place to support patients further.” Dr Phillippa Smith
We are currently creating the hub, however we would like you to know we are here for you. Soon, we will have lots of information for you and you will be able to refer patients to our site for them to access our online support. We already have helpful questionnaires to offer a little reassurance that It’s OK To Say.
Please keep coming back to check in and feel free to get in touch! We have lots of exciting things going on behind the scenes.
Did you see our gorgeous Dr Phillippa in the press?

We think this is a great overview of pain relief for anyone needing clarity. Please always consult your GP and/or speak to your pharmacist.
