Umbrella of help offers a selection of help available for you to choose from. No 2 people are the same with experiences, feelings and situations unique to each person. It’s OK To Say brings these options to the forefront of what’s available providing a choice of what might suit you best. This section is designed to inform the public of various services they can try and meet all affordability.

Our #umbrellaofsupport hub is currently in development and will be fully functional soon. We would love all mental health and support services to sign up to support the public. There are so many wonderful services that are unknown and our mission is to ensure we give people choice and help you publicise your services.
